What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday-Sunday 9am-6pm
Where do you ship to?

We ship to all local South East London areas. For weddings and events we travel all over the UK.
If I don't like a product can I get a refund?

We do not refund simply on the basis of not liking a product. If there is an issue with the quality of flowers then we will offer a replacement or refund only if we are informed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer next day delivery as it gives us enough time to locate and buy the flowers we need for your order. However if you would like same day delivery please get in contact with us on 07362 471214 and we will try our best to accommodate you.
